Terms & Conditions

Deposits are required to reserve your spot in the 2023 NYC Seminar and are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you are no longer able to join the NYC Seminar.

Your registration fee does not include: your flight to/from New York City and any local transportation costs while attending Seminar or meals outside of Monday Night Welcome Dinner and light hors d'oeuvres at Wednesday night Networking Reception.

You are encouraged to schedule individual meetings and interviews on your own to maximize your time at NYC Seminar. Hotel check-in is at 3PM on Monday, March 13, and check out is promptly at 12PM on Thursday, March 16. Please contact the Moxy Hotel directly if you want to extend your stay.

In the event of inclement weather or extenuating circumstances, office visits may end up cancelling last minute. The Texas Exes New York Chapter and your track’s chaperone will make reasonable efforts to find alternative office visits or reschedule the office visit to provide a remote meeting. Refunds cannot be provided.

The Texas Exes New York Chapter is not responsible for NYC Seminar attendees. Please take necessary precautions while traveling in/around New York City and please hold yourself to the professional standards that The University of Texas expects.
